Nothing Like A Little Girl Time To Stay Healthy!

You couldn't live without them and they couldn't live without you......I am talking about your girlfriends!

Every girl lives for a girls night out....or in...so grab the girls and set a date for some stress relieving fun with your BFFs!

Here are a few reasons that spending time with friends can benefit your health-

1. Laughing is an overall body workout!
2. Laughter boosts your immune system!
3. Spending time with the girls is very relaxing....it helps you chill!
4. Talking with friends can help keep away depression!
5. Studies show that a glass of red wine a day can lower your risk of heart disease....so who better to share wine with than your girls! 6. Get moving together! Take an exercise class together or go for a long walk!

Girlfriend get togethers' are one of life's little pleasures, so here are a few ideas for spending
some time together......

1. Break out the popcorn and chick flicks and have a movie night with the girls.

2. Have a clothing swap! Everyone brings clothes and shoes and accessories they no longer want and everyone takes turns picking from the pile....you can do this for each season!

3. Have a cocktail night...pick an alcohol, like a fruit infused vodka, and have everyone bring a different mixer! Or a wine tasting were everyone brings their favorite bottle of wine.

4. You and the girls can have a great time just going out to dinner and have a few drinks.

5. Home shopping parties are really fun, especially around the holiday seasons or change of seasons! You get to do some shopping and have fun chillaxin' with the girls all at the same time.

So weather you have a girlie get together at your house, or if you go have a night out on the town,
the most important thing is that you are having fun and spending quality girl time together!
