Be Good To You and Life Will Be Good!

I have been trying to make a lot of changes lately.
Starting to be more positive, eat healthy and exercise.
Surrounding myself with positive people and things that make me happy.
Doing things that I want to do, things that in the past, I would have never done.
I am thinking completely different. I have set goals for myself that I truly believe I can accomplish, even if people tell me I won't be able to do it, it doesn't matter. All that matters is what I believe.
I am making more time for me. I have learned that if I take better care of myself, I can take better care of the ones I love.
I am basically doing a spring cleaning in my head and I am loving it! I do still have a way to go and I am willing to do what it takes to get there!
If I had read this last year I would have thought I sounded selfish. I know now that I am not. It is OK to do things for myself. It's OK to love myself, and if I do, others will love me too!
I am the luckiest girl in the world.
I have two incredible boys that I am so proud of. They amaze me more and more every day.
I have a husband that is truly amazing. I have learned so much from him, about life, love and what a true friend really is.
I love my family more than I can ever explain. For this is a major reason I am doing a complete overhaul on my life. If I am healthy and happy, I will be a better mother and wife, daughter and friend.
Life is really good. I am very grateful. Great things are going to happen!

I need you to be my personal cheerleader. That is the attitude I need to adopt for myself too! I had those beliefs once and was happier than I had ever been. Somewhere along the way I lost it, and I have seen first hand the toll it has taken.
