
Here we are on day one of my weight loss journey.
I started the day with a healthy breakfast of fruit and yogurt and some inspiring music to set the mood for a very productive day!
I have plans to go to the gym, but not until my King comes home......he is going with me,basically to hold my hand. There is no shame in wanting some guidance at first right?
Dinner is already planned......chicken with veggies and brown rice........and a weight watchers smart one for dessert, I hear not to deprive myself so if I need chocolate at least it is within my "points range".
If anyone has any tips or weight loss stories of their own I would LOVE to hear from you!
