There is gonna be some changes around here!

So here we are at the very end of February vacation, we had fun, and a lot of laughs. We spent some quality family time, and though I do love my family dearly, It is DEFINITELY time for every one to get back to every day life. We need routine......I need order and routine in my life! Does anyone remember that commercial, "Calgon Take Me Away!!!!" (Now I am aging myself),well anyways I feel like that commercial.

I have a whole plan in my head......things are about to change in the "Palace", that's what I call our humble abode. Here is my plan.......

First things first, the Queen (that's me) needs to drastically change her eating and fitness habits. I have not been very good health and fitness wise. I want my children to eat healthy and exercise so they can live a good life. How on earth do I expect my two little Princes to do that if the Queen is doing everything but that!

I am going to set my alarm for the crack of dawn and go to the gym! I am going to have a great workout and start the day off right!

Then I will come home and eat a good breakfast because if I start my day the right way......I will be able to take care of the King and the Princes a whole lot better.

We will talk more about my fitness/weight loss journey another time...but I am glad I put that in writing!

Next.......and this is a REALLY big one that completely got out of control this winter.........

Video Games will now have a time limit and playing time will be earned! (I hope I don't sound like a dictator) but in the Palace lately, video games have completely taken over.

Now I understand it is hard in the winter to keep from getting bored, especially this winter has been tough, and that is why I have been a little more lenient, OK a lot more, but I feel bad when the kids run out of stuff to do, and the fact is.......video games are a great entertainment, if kept under control........which is what I have lost, no control!

So it is time to take back control and bring order back to our lives. We will all be much happier, I promise......even though the little Princes think I am the worst mother ever! I am sure, someday

they will see that I only want what is best for them because I love them so much.

I truly believe that nothing bad can come out of love, even if you can't see it right away good will always come!
